It’s totally up to you! Most of our clients provide access via a key, code, or lockbox. Whether you're home or not, our team is trained, vetted, and insured to provide professional, respectful service every time.

4. Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes! Our team arrives with professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning supplies and equipment. We bring everything needed to get the job done thoroughly and safely. If you have special requests or prefer we use your products, just let us know!

6. Are your cleaning products safe for pets and kids?

7. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand life happens. Just give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without a fee. Late changes may be subject to a small fee due to staffing.

8. How do I pay for my cleaning service?
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Recurring clients can opt into auto-pay for convenience.
